One of the most whimsical, beautiful, and fun places to check out in Buck’s County, Pennsylvania is Peddler’s Village. Their “Fire And Frost Fun” event is so magical and wonderful to explore for the whole family. When you visit Peddler’s Village, you will encounter a variety of interesting small shops which contain beautiful works of art, interesting gifts, spices, bakeries, and a lot of amazing restaurants as well. It is a great location for people of all ages, and if you are a family, they even have a “Giggleberry Fair” that is a playscape for kids with their own indoor obstacle course.

The address for Peddler’s Village is 100 Peddler’s Village, Lahaska, PA 18931. If you are traveling from Philadelphia, it is about an hour drive. On another note, there is plenty of parking available throughout the village with free parking lots, and I will leave a link for their site at the bottom of this post where you can download maps from there.

This was not the first event that we have gone to at Peddler’s Village. During the autumn season, they also hold a really neat “Scarecrow’s In The Village” event where contestants design some of the most elaborate scarecrows with various themes as well. Since we had always enjoyed our experiences going here before, we were really excited to check out the “Fire and Frost Fun” festival.

As we walked through the village, right away we were dazzled with some really beautiful ice sculptures. We were amazed at the fine details that the artists were able to capture in these gorgeous pieces. Our personal favorite was of course the Philadelphia sports team collection with the logos from the Flyers, Phillies, and of course the Eagles. (One thing you know if you reside in Philly is how much we love our sports teams. If you are visiting, I highly recommend going to one of our games. You will feel the energy right away!)

In addition to the detailed ice sculptures that you will encounter as you meander the village, this festival does have variety of events going on. The restaurants at Peddler’s Village are open year round, but for this event they also have food trucks, live ice carving, a scavenger hunt for kids, and a unique show from the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts & Airplay.

We were really impressed at the performance from the circus arts school, and I was lucky enough to get to chat with one of the performers Allison from it. After the show, I told her how amazing their maneuvers were, and I asked her how long she had been involved in it. She mentioned that she has been performing for many years, and her husband was even a juggler on the cast! She was so kind, and really recommended the school to anyone in the area that may be interested in learning these really neat performing arts! I must say their positive energy really radiated to everyone watching in amazement at their extraordinary moves!

If you are visiting Bucks county or are in the Philadelphia area, I highly recommend Peddler’s Village and their very cool Fire and Frost Fun event. Let me know if you have visited the village, and what you have thought of it as well. I hope that you are having a wonderful day, and remember to click the like and subscribe button!

If you are traveling to Pennsylvania, I highly recommend the book “Hiking Waterfalls In Pennsylvania.” It specifically maps out where you can find waterfalls in each area and region of the state. If you are an outdoor adventurer, you will want to check this out!
