If you are traveling to New Hope, Pennsylvania, you will want to make a stop at the best burger spot in town, The Burgerly. Their burgers are truly delicious, and have unique recipes as well. The place has a bright, cool, and casual atmosphere, with the cuisine of a 5-star restaurant. You can find them at 137 South Main St. New Hope, PA 18938. If you are traveling to Peddler’s Village (a popular local place with very cute shops and seasonal activities for the whole family) it will take you about 8 minutes to get here.

After a recent visit to Peddler’s Village, to check out their festive “Scarecrows In The Village” event several weeks ago, we knew that after a day of exploring that it would be amazing to dig into a delectable burger! We also wanted to walk around a little more before sunset, so we figured New Hope would be a wonderful place to explore.

New Hope is a very walkable town, and there are little shops and local businesses everywhere you turn. As we strolled down the street, we noticed a waterway close to the road, and found ourselves right at the Delaware River! The Delaware River is one of the more historic areas in Pennsylvania, and was actually the famous waterway that George Washington crossed during the Revolutionary War in 1778. Also, this place hosted a ferry in the region that operated for about 100 years before a bridge was built between Lambertville and New Hope in the Early 1800s.

We were excited to take in views of the river at sunset, and to see the ducks enjoying themselves as well. We noticed that there was duck feed available to purchase on the road by the waterway, and the families visiting were tossing snacks to them, which was adorable!

After much hiking and exploring, we made our way to The Burgerly. As soon as we opened the door, we were impressed at the clean and bright atmosphere that the restaurant had. We were immediately greeted, and guided through their menu of amazing dishes and burgers by the sweet people working there.

Eventually we decided to try the “2/3 #BBC Purely A Big Bacon Cheeseburger” which had double patties, Havarti and American cheese, double bacon, Jersey tomato, pickles, and their homemade burger sauce. (We also added an egg to it, which was so good!!!) “The Wonderful” was another burger that we ordered, which consisted of a dressed patty with Havarti cheese, Jersey tomato, local fresh greens, griddled mushrooms, house Canadian bacon, sweet onion aioli, house sweet pickle, and a spicy Bootstrap BBQ sauce. We also added an order of fries.

My husband and I decided to split the burgers to really take in the experience, and we both agreed that these burgers were truly some of the best that we have ever had in our lives! Every fresh ingredient just seemed to blend perfectly together, and created dishes that were delightful to partake in. In addition to their fabulous burgers, they do offer other items on their menu as well such as chicken sandwiches, specialty fries, gourmet hot dogs and so much more. They even have veggie burgers if you are a vegetarian, which is really cool!

When you visit New Hope, Pennsylvania, I highly recommend making a stop at The Burgerly. They are such a fantastic restaurant, and I think you will really enjoy it!
